In compliance with the provisions of Law No. 29733 and its Regulations, we inform you that the personal data you provide will be processed by Endomed Tecnologhies S.A.C., with Tax Identification Number (RUC) No. 20100052050 and domiciled at Jr. Santa Francisca Romana No. 1092, Cercado de Lima, Lima.

Endomed Tecnologhies S.A.C. (hereinafter Endomed) respects your privacy. This Privacy Statement (the “Statement”) describes the information and/or personal data we may collect about you; how we use, disclose, and process it; how we protect it; and the rights and options you may have regarding such information and/or personal data. This Statement applies to the personal data we process when you access or use this website (“Website”), our mobile applications (“Apps”), and our other websites and services or products that reference this Statement (collectively, our “Services”), and when you interact with us.

I. SCOPE

This Statement applies to Personal Data that we may process during interactions users have with us, including but not limited to:

Through online activities and services we offer (including our website, applications, social media pages, digital events, and other online services);
When we provide services to our users and in other situations where users interact with us, including, but not limited to, our customer service call centers, email, chat, SMS/text, or direct messages on social media, or by visiting our sites and offices or our events;

II. PERSONAL DATA COLLECTED BY ENDOMED

When you interact with us, we may collect personal data such as:

Login information, including, where applicable, social media account information for login purposes.
Contact information, including your name, identification details, company name, company title, home address, email address, and phone number.
Device information, including browser and device type, IP address, operating system, device identifier, internet service provider, and other technical information about your device.
Website interactions, including information about your interactions with our Website (including features

from our site), referring websites, pages visited, links or buttons clicked, or information about your preferences, such as preferred communication methods and the types of products you are interested in.
Transaction data, including purchase and order history, as well as payment or other financial information if you make purchases, such as credit card or account information or tax identification number.

III. HOW ENDOMED COLLECTS YOUR PERSONAL DATA

When you interact with us, we may collect Personal Data directly from you, automatically from your browser or device, and from other sources (from our business partners and third parties).

Personal Data collected directly from you: We collect the Personal Data you choose to provide to us on our Website, through our Apps, or when you contact us by phone or email. We may collect Personal Data when you:

Purchase products and services, including from our website or by downloading our Apps;
Register or create an account with us;
Interact with us in response to our marketing activities, through a web form, participate in a promotion or survey, attend our events, or subscribe to our updates and newsletters;
When you contact customer service or use our customer service tools;

Personal Data Collected Automatically

We automatically collect information about you when you interact with us and use our services, such as:

Device and browser information, device type, browser, IP address, operating system, device identifier, and internet service provider, as well as other information such as general location information, domain name, page views, a date/time stamp, referring and exit URLs, language, clickstream data, and other similar device and usage data.
Information about how you interact with us, such as your use of the Endomed Websites and Apps and your interaction with our digital advertisements and promotions, such as videos and other content viewed or downloaded, and information about your viewing, features used, links clicked, keystrokes and mouse clicks, promotional emails opened, and the dates and times of interactions.

IV. INFORMATION FROM BUSINESS PARTNERS AND OTHER THIRD PARTIES

Endomed may collect, use, or supplement the personal data we have about you with information obtained from other publicly or commercially available sources, such as our business partners, suppliers, vendors, and other third-party sources (public databases and social media platforms). We may use third-party information to confirm contact or financial information, or to better understand your interests by associating demographic information with the information you have provided to us.

Providing services or carrying out transactions that our users or business partners have requested;

Endomed information that may be of interest to you;

Endomed may also use your personal data for other purposes related to the context in which the information was collected; we may also anonymize any information we collect from our users and, where permitted by law, use it for any purpose, including market analysis, product development, and product and service quality review. This information will not identify you individually, and we will maintain and use the information in anonymized form.

VI. HOW ENDOMED DISCLOSES YOUR PERSONAL DATA

We may disclose your personal data, taking appropriate precautionary measures, to the recipients and for the purposes described below.

Service Providers. We may disclose your personal data to suppliers and/or contractors who provide us with general support services (payment processors, customer service agencies, analytics service providers, and advertising agencies).

Business Partners. We may disclose your Personal Data to third parties that partner with us to support our products, including through marketing and analytics services, and to our authorized partners and service providers.

Aggregate/anonymized. To the extent permitted by law, Endomed may share anonymous information internally and with third parties for any purpose. Such information will not identify you individually.

Analytics and Advertising: Endomed uses analytics services provided by third parties to analyze how users interact with our website and applications, including services provided by Google and Adobe. These third-party analytics companies may collect usage data (through cookies, pixels, and similar tools) about our services to provide us with information.

Reports and metrics that help us evaluate the use of our services and improve performance and user experiences.

Endomed uses third-party advertising services to provide advertisements for products or services that may be of interest to you when you visit websites or other online services.

VII. COOKIES AND SIMILAR AUTOMATED DATA COLLECTION TECHNOLOGIES

Endomed, our service providers, and business partners may collect information about our users through the use of cookies and pixels (collectively, “cookies”). A cookie is a piece of data that we may send to your browser when you link to our Website or Applications. Strictly subject to the law, we may also collect your electronic identification data (obtained through cookies), including personal data about how you access, use, and interact with our Services. This may include information such as your IP address, MAC address, mobile device identifier (IDFA or GAID), cookie ID, cookie content, browser type, browsing and clicking behavior and other activities, purchase information, domain name, referring URL, access dates and times, hardware and software information and settings, information about the device you are using (e.g., device ID, device type), operating system, language, and approximate location. We may also use pixels in HTML emails to understand whether you read the emails we send you. Subject to your prior consent (to the extent necessary), we and our third-party providers may use cookies, clear GIFs/pixel tags, JavaScript, local/session storage, log files, and other mechanisms to automatically collect and record information about your browsing activities and use of the Services. We may combine this “activity information” with other Personal Data we collect about you.
We generally use this activity information to understand how our services are used, track crashes and errors, improve our services, validate and verify account credentials, enable logins, track errors and session failures, prevent fraud, and protect our services, as well as for marketing and advertising purposes.

VIII. PERSONAL DATA OF MINORS

ENDOMED promotes the right of children and adolescents to the protection of their personal data, as well as the obligation to process it responsibly and securely. Our website and applications are not directed at children and adolescents. Therefore, in accordance with our Privacy Policy, individuals who lack the legal capacity to contract, including children and adolescents, may not use our website. In the event that children and adolescents use this medium and/or provide us with their personal data, it will be under the responsibility, supervision, and consent of their parents or guardians and, therefore, will be considered carried out by them in the exercise of their legal representation.

IX. RETENTION OF PERSONAL DATA

We will retain your Personal Data for as long as reasonably necessary or permitted in light of the purposes for which it was collected, and as described in this Statement or as otherwise disclosed to you at the time of collection. The length of time we retain your Personal Data varies and may depend on criteria including:

If the Personal Data is no longer necessary or relevant for the purposes for which it was collected, or if applicable laws no longer require its retention, we will take reasonable steps to delete, destroy, erase, or, if permitted by applicable law, aggregate, anonymize, or de-identify it.
