The SPIRE’IT® is a ready-to-use mechanical suture applicator made of shape memory wire (Nitinol) that automatically deploys its coils to the body. Available in short (7 cm) and long (30 cm) versions, it allows for efficient implant fixation in open or laparoscopic surgery.
